Terms of Service
These terms apply when you use LinkerFit. By creating an account, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Who can use LinkerFit
You must be 19 or older. LinkerFit involves in-app purchases and creator payouts, which is why we set this minimum age. You must provide accurate information when you register, and you are responsible for everything that happens under your account.
One person, one account. Accounts are not transferable.
2. What LinkerFit is
LinkerFit is a fitness social platform where fitness creators and trainers publish workout videos and photo posts, and followers connect with them through paid 1:1 messaging, voice coaching calls, and fan club memberships.
3. Content rules
LinkerFit does not host adult or sexually explicit content.
Nudity, sexual services, and solicitation are prohibited. Accounts that post such content are removed, and payouts owed on that content are withheld.
You may not post, send, or request:
- Sexually explicit material, nudity, or sexual services
- Content involving anyone under 19
- Threats, harassment, hate speech, or incitement to violence
- Content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, or privacy
- Illegal goods or services, gambling, or fraud
- Malware, spam, or automated scraping of the service
- Anyone else's personal information without their consent
You keep ownership of what you post. By posting, you give us a licence to host, store, and display it so we can operate the service. That licence ends when you delete the content, except where we must keep a copy to meet a legal obligation or to handle an abuse report.
4. Moderation
Anyone can report a post, message, or account. Reports are reviewed by a human moderator. We may remove content, restrict features, or close an account that breaks these terms. Where we can, we tell you what happened and how to appeal.
5. Payments
For fans
Paid messages, coaching calls, and fan club memberships are purchased in the app. The price is shown before you confirm. Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play, and their refund policies apply.
Fan club memberships renew automatically until you cancel. Cancel in your app store subscription settings; access continues until the end of the paid period.
For creators
Creators earn a share of what fans spend on their content, calls, and memberships. The current rate is shown in the creator dashboard. Payouts require identity verification and are subject to withholding where tax law requires it.
6. Phone numbers and messages
Adding a phone number is optional. If you add one, we send SMS only when you request it — for verification, password reset, or when adding or replacing a number. Every message contains a verification code and nothing else. We do not send marketing SMS.
Message and data rates may apply. Remove your number in account settings to stop all SMS. See our Privacy Policy for details.
7. Closing your account
You can close your account at any time in account settings. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, that we are required to close by law, or that has been inactive for more than two years.
When an account closes, posts and profile information are deleted within 30 days. Payment records are kept as long as tax law requires.
8. Service availability
We work to keep LinkerFit running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change or discontinue features. If we discontinue the service entirely, we will give at least 30 days' notice and settle outstanding creator payouts.
9. Limitation of liability
LinkerFit is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
LinkerFit connects users; we are not a party to the relationship between a creator and a follower, and we do not guarantee any creator's conduct or availability. Creators are not medical professionals — training and nutrition guidance shared on LinkerFit is not medical advice. Consult a doctor before starting a new exercise programme.
10. Changes to these terms
If we make a material change, we will notify you in the app or by email at least 14 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use LinkerFit after that means you accept the change.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Seoul, Republic of Korea. This does not remove any consumer protection you have under the law of your own country.
